Project Description
The concept was influenced by a piece of geometric jewellery and the site is located within a shopping centre within the Sydney Metropolitan area. The site is a 160sqm corner site on Level 3 of Westfield Miranda. There are diamond shaped brass window display boxes lined with suede to mimic the jewellery boxes, connected with an angular steel façade geometry, with a backdrop of metal mesh curtain interlaced between the modules. Internally there are layered bespoke brass cantilevered counters, Italian marble flooring and feature lighting by Roll and Hill, Agnes fittings. The store is the flagship site for the Baccio Jewellery Group and the concept breaks the mould of traditional jewellery retail stores. The outcome of the store is a part piece of art, piece of jewllery but ultimately a bespoke piece of work. As each customer is to feel unique we aimed to create an iconic retail store that redefined the new brand identity of Baccio Jewellers.
