Project Description
We managed to achieve an excellent house plan, limited to the existing barn. This project comprises a Master bed room with powder, WIC and shower room, a large double bed room and a large bath room. The main block comprises a communal open plan with a large kitchen bar style, dining and living and on the opposite side of the resting block, there is an isolated utility room and larder. The front porch is very welcoming with a aired cupboard and powder room. On the upper floor, we managed to create two large double bed room and a shower room.
We provided to our client the concept architectural design, structural design and services drawings.
