Project Description
Loop Creative were appointed to design the recently completed Brand X, set across 1000sqms on level 3 of Central, a world-first creative playground that encourages patrons to conceptualise and create alongside some of Sydney’s most dynamic and innovate independent artists and organisations.Featuring working studios for visual artists, a state of the art rehearsal space and a constantly transforming events venue, the Loop Creative designed space will house a population of local creative talent who will inspire your inner-artist. Stationed across the floor is an ever-changing menu of creative activities that will evoke your ideas, encourage your input and tease your imagination, resulting in an experience that will leave you feeling energised and inspired.On a modest budget Rod Faucheux of Loop Creative conceptualised a 1100sqm space, constructed from salvaged shipping palettes, to create a series of dynamic interconnecting spaces for the Brand X team. The L3 Space is available to Artists or Community Groups as a non-commercial events space to celebrate, launch or discuss new creative ideas, share information or to discover the perspective of others.The space is part of a larger cultural pop-up activation of the entire 3rd Level of Central; Sydney’s newest retail destination located across the first six levels of Jean Nouvel’s One Central Park residential tower on Broadway.
