Project Description
This residence was totally redesigned—the former home was razed except for its granite walls, which were left standing. Within that footprint, Harrison Design created a warm, contemporary home that is perfectly suited for its location, along a creek in a woodland area. In addition to the original stone, the facade features extensive glass and horizontal stained-cypress planking. In many rooms, double-height ceilings allow expansive glass walls complemented by 10-inch polished walnut floors and stone walls. A portion of the three-story home cantilevers over the pool, including the master bedroom, which feels like an intimate treehouse with three walls of glass.
