We entered the house in the first hallway at the 15 Floor where is the wardrobe, down the stairs we have the second hallway with the master bedroom, closet, bathroom and another bedroom and after that we go one more time down the stairs in the Living area where we have Living room, kitchen, dining, balcony and a pantry.

The arrangement of this duplex apartment was extremely beautiful and demanding because we took over the project from the gray stage. The beneficiary wanted a special house in which to feel extremely comfortable and that had a girly touch, but a lot of light and color. The style was a combination of modern, glam and classic elements. We used stratified parquet of the best quality, in a slightly warm shade but not to yellow; filomuro doors with similar wood texture as the floor wood; the furniture, sofa and bed were made to order with our carpenters. We used wood cladding in the hall area where are the bedrooms with the wooden frame less doors and mirror cladding, thus making a play of textures and reflections. The wooden rifle on the stairs replaces the classic railing and it have been mounted at an angle so that the light entering them creates a play of volumes. We focused on the living area on warm, neutral colors and the color spots are the painting of mosses and lichens and the wallpaper with flowers. Because the kitchen is long, we made an entire wall with high furniture and the counter top area but let it breath. In the bedroom areas we used wood, blue ( Pantone 2020 color of the year, before it appeared), green and gold accent elements, which are found everywhere in the design of the apartment. The wallpaper is Rebelwalls. Both bathrooms are made with Italian tiles and mosaic and black faucets. All the areas in this duplex meet the needs of the client but also the aesthetic line of a studied interior design.
