Project Description
The 57-story residential tower features 100 luxury residences ranging from three- to five-bedrooms including den options, as well as duplexes and full-floor penthouses, measuring up to 4,000 SF in size. The slender glass-clad structure features a unique three-tiered telescoping shape with only two units per floor, providing direct unobstructed bay and city views from every residence. The building program called for smaller apartments on the lower levels, midsized apartments on the mid-levels, and larger units on the upper levels. The result is a 57-story reverse ziggurat. The small base opens the ground to allow for a pool deck and bayside garden. The west side reverse terracing also allows for a large elevated sunset pool deck. The hovering cantilever above add drama to both poolsides. The facades emphasize the form. The east and west elevations are simple horizontal cantilevers that emphasize the directional thrust forward.
