Project Description
Semple Brown is the Architect of Record and Collaborating Design Architect for the Ent Center, which will give the University of Colorado Colorado Springs its first purpose-built performing and visual arts center. Semple Brown has worked with UCCS since 2001 on multiple program plans leading to this 89,000 sf facility, which includes a 750-seat lyric theatre (with orchestra shell and flying capability); a 225-seat recital hall, a 250-seat flexible format theatre; a new home for the Gallery of Contemporary Art; and a 75-seat black box for the campus drama program.
