Project Description
FROM THE ARCHITECTS:
The Halcyon Hotel is designed as an upscale boutique hotel accommodating 154 guest rooms. Located in the vibrant Cherry Creek North District, the property provides a unique guest experience, emphasizing a home-away-from-home ambiance. Many of the guest rooms have walk-out terraces or Juliet balconies overlooking the active urban lifestyle of the District. At street level, the project is comprised of the hotel lobby, flanked by two specialty restaurants. Conference facilities are located on Level 2 with floor to ceiling glass overlooking Columbine Street, allowing for visual engagement between the hotel users and the street level pedestrian. Guest rooms are located on levels two through seven, and the property includes two levels of underground parking to accommodate 90 spaces. Amenities include a fitness center, a basement speakeasy, and a rooftop pool, bar, and terrace.
