“Isla de fuego” is a property located in Isla Dorada, a private gated community, in Cancun Mexican Caribbean.
The house that was built 10 years ago in an influence Mediterranean style was acquired by a young couple a year ago.
The new owners a Mexican couple, he in his mids forties and she in her lates thirstiest, wanted to turn he house over a more contemporary style.
The house stood on an acre of land overlooking the Bojorquez lagoon, and is built in two story featuring 16000 square feet 4 bedrooms , 7.5 bathrooms, plus staff quarters.
In the first floor a 13 feet high ceiling main entrance decorated with diamond inspired shape lamps welcomes owners and guests. Follow by a social area where the family can receive relatives and friends, a private Gym with steam room next to this social area and separate with glass will feature state of the art fitness equipment.
The residence features 2 kitchens an industrial one for preparing meals for parties and a second one that will be expose to the main dining and Living room.
A 12 sitting people table is placed in an outdoor terrace that the owners will use for most of their meals.
All the public areas in the first floor face an infinity pool.
A second swimming pool was built near the lagoon to take advantage of more sun hours.
