Project Description
The team’s goal was to design a single family home that captures and exceeds buyer expectations with exciting, progressive and meaningful design solutions delivered in a wide variety of concepts, configurations, and living opportunities. Keeping with the area’s rich architectural heritage and market demand, we provided styles that complimented the existing community yet create a sense of place. Plan One, embodies the true meaning of “open floor plan”. The “Heart” of this home is the Great Room, whereby every living function is accessed. Its “core” position allows for instant flow to every room in the home…eliminating circulation waste; thus allowing for larger and properly furnished living spaces, increased “options” flexibility and meaningful storage opportunities throughout…not often associated with single level plans. Additionally, due to our gracious climate, the California Room welcomes an integrated indoor/outdoor living experience, that is both visually and physically accessible from the homes core…nearly doubling the actual living area of the Great Room and providing a wonderful “choice” dynamic to the plans living flexibility. Further, service/mud rooms, should be capable of expanding and multi-tasking per a family’s needs in today’s market…i.e. crafting, pet grooming, storage needs etc., and if possible, positioned to tandem garage spaces that will allow for easy transition; yet another feature of this Plan.
