Project Description
Set on an historic marina in Quincy, Massachusetts, with views of Boston’s skyline, Meriel Marina Bay is a mixed-use development comprising two four-story buildings totaling 631,370 square feet. The property offers 352 rental residential units plus retail and dining. Residents enjoy a variety of amenities plus a new waterfront pedestrian connection between the boardwalk and nearby Squantum Point Park. Merial Marina Bay has raised the bar for residential rental properties along Boston’s South and North Shore communities, as tenants seek a sophisticated urban lifestyle minus the city price tag and still enjoy an easy commute via water shuttle.
Amenities include club rooms, lounges, cyber cafés, conference rooms, a fitness center, a communal kitchen and café, an outdoor pool, three courtyards, sundecks, and green space. For the common areas in both buildings, the designers created a refined, natural feel with warm wood accents and elements that evoke the ocean. One lounge features a floor-to-ceiling fireplace set within an oversized wall of green onyx from Turkey, and a communal tech table made of recycled driftwood from Venetian canals.
