Project Description
This is a multi-use, destination urban shopping village that is comprised of approximately 250 acres, includes an entertainment district, autopark, major retail shopping district, office / employment district and commercial / retail district. The 165 acres of retail uses include 32 acres of pedestrian oriented shops, dining and a multi-screen theater that are organized along a ‘main street’ concept that is punctuated with courtyards, fountains and sculptures to create festive outdoor spaces for social interaction. Major anchors are located at the ends and the middles of the main street and include a Bass Pro Shop and Cinemark Theater. Vehicular and pedestrian approaches throughout the project together with four-sided architecture enhance the project character and help to create a strong sense of identity and arrival, while the building architecture includes eclectic urban facades and towers to contribute to memorable approaches and processions.
