Project Description
A modern 1 Bedroom Apartment - was created for our clients, an active, young couple.
With an area of 55 square meters, this project surprises with the finishes used, slightly unusual, but with spectacular effect as a whole.
The space for the living area is a generous one, including the kitchen. The two functions communicate harmoniously, the only delimitation being the island type body, which can be used both for dining and as a work area. Instead of the classic parquet floor, the beneficiaries opted for an epoxy floor, both in the living room and in the kitchen, thus offering a unitary character to the layout.
The decor of the living room follows a minimalist line, with an emphasis on functionality. A comfortable sofa, corner type, a coffee table and a library body with various storage spaces make up an airy living room arrangement.
The color for which one opted is a predominantly neutral one, but with turquoise accents (a shade that reminds us somewhat of the sea). White, earth colors and natural wood textures blend harmoniously describing a pleasant and comfortable interior. The glossy effect of the floor reflects the light and together with the generous windows, the space seems wider, brighter.
The kitchen area is a compact one, well integrated in the context of openness to the living room. The white ash shade of the furniture opens the area by amplifying the light. With an L-shaped layout, the space offers everything you need from a kitchen. The appliances are incorporated in the furniture for an additional visual unit needed in the open spaces (even the central heating was masked with a column for storage).
The passage to the bedroom is through a small hall where a body of furniture for storage has been arranged. And here we meet the same type of flooring, and the walls finished with a decorative paint applied with a special technique, together with the turquoise accents manage to outline a dynamic arrangement, amplifying the feeling of space. The bed has adjustable cushion cover so as to ensure maximum comfort regardless of body position. It also includes a storage box - ideal for the necessary items in the bedroom - pillows, pillows, bed linen. For extra space, suspended bedside tables were chosen.
The marine motif, discreetly suggested at the level of the arrangement, is perhaps best illustrated in the bathroom by the molded floor. With an intense blue and a specific theme, the 4 square meter bathroom space is animated in an unexpected way. The tones of glossy white come to balance the decor, softening the intensity of the blue.
We hope to inspire you with this arrangement and to be useful all the ideas you find here!
