Project Description
The site is a former logistics and warehousing area within the city fringe and is part of a recent emphasis in the city on brown field development instead of suburban green field development. The new neighbourhood will include a kindergarden, school, sports centre and retail which are also to be designed by the practice as well as substantial office provision.
