Project Description
The conceptual form of the building was designed to resemble the Hanging Gardens of Babylon. Furthermore, this concept provide the offices with light and garden views in different directions plus an attractive entrance.
The green Tower is designed to reduce the overall impact of the built environment on human health and the natural environment by:
– Efficiently using energy, water, and other resources
– Protecting occupant health and improving employee productivity
– Reducing waste, pollution and environmental degradation
It indicates that its architecture not only includes eco-concepts but also has a great respect for the environment. These qualities concern issues related to construction, technology, and
socio-economical aspects of management. Compatible with the nature, accordant to people needs, self-efficiency, modulated structures, outward- looking are the pivotal qualities in Hawraman architecture.
