Urban lots are always a challenge, and fitting in is often as important as standing out. With space at a premium and a postage stamp sized lot to work from; this design goes up! Mixing modern needs such as a garage and open kitchen with great indoor / outdoor living, this project stretches what’s possible. A third level loft and rooftop deck help add space and private outdoor living with a view.
