Project Description
Challenge: To seamlessly incorporate modern amenities and create inviting, functional spaces in an 1892 Queen Anne. The four-story addition and renovation includes new mechanicals and refinishing of all surfaces. Key details: Replicated original wainscot; restored historic elements; custom-designed cabinetry, lighting, and trim work.
