The design is in keeping with the rolling hillside acreage site in Terrey Hills, NSW and the expansive vistas across native forest to the lights of Sydney.
The spacious family home features soaring ceilings, luxury finishes and traditional craftsmanship throughout.
With an expansive area of roof, the choice of roof construction, material and style was an important factor in creating a strong link between the home and the surrounding land.
No1. Roofing and Building’s unique Snap-Line45 profile enhances the build’s “sense of timelessness and belonging”.
The designers chose the colour Windspray® in COLORBOND® steel to complement the expansive ageless exterior and surrounds.
The custom flashings, fabricated by No1. Roofing and Building Supplies, are also COLORBOND® steel in the colour Windspray®.
