FROM THE ARCHITECTS:
This project converted a century-old existing medical office building into an artist studio, gallery, and office space. Organized around flexible spaces and a mix of private and public studios, this renovation focused on a minimal backdrop for the production of vibrant work. This project was a gut rehab which began with a historic brick shell and created new spaces from scratch.
