Ascending the grand steps to the entry lobby leads to the amenity plaza, where residents can gather around a fire pit on a raised plaza. The art wall adjacent to the leasing office in the lobby evokes a welcome feeling, steps beyond are the community lounge and fitness center. The City’s space requirements – public, private, building separation – was achieved by designing semi-private courtyards along the street to break-up the building façade giving the building the appearance of three structures, instead of one.
