Project Description
Always an outdoor town, Chattanooga is spotlighting that outdoor experience in the heart of the city with The Block.
The Block is one of the largest adaptive reuse projects in Chattanooga's history, turning the old Bijou Theatre into a vibrant urban centerpiece. The Block includes Rock/Creek, Chattz Coffee and Wine Bar and High Point Climbing and Fitness with an 11,000 square foot public art piece with 5,000 square feet of functional climbing space on the face of the building along with Kid Zone by High Point, a dynamic kids climbing gym.
