Project Description
This latest addition to the iconic Santa Fe Arts District and Historic Baker Neighborhood is a contemporary three-story mixed-use building. The first floor houses office spaces & amenities, while the upper levels consist of 25 dwelling units. The building is crowned by a stunning vegetated roof deck offering panoramic 360-degree views, complete with a sizable photovoltaic array in the rear.
Residences on the west side of the building boast expansive picture windows, while those facing east feature oversized balconies. The ground-floor office space, constructed with a robust timber structural frame reminiscent of historic downtown buildings, is thoughtfully separated from the sidewalk by lushly planted greenery and integrated sunshades.
Santulan Architecture is proud to occupy the street-level office space. The building embodies our commitment to all the cutting edge best practices we employ in our work. This includes a focus on Healthy Living, Sustainability, Community-Centric Design, the Ethical Use of Materials, and more.
