Project Description
Cooper Carry is providing full architectural and interior design services for the Baltimore Harbor East Hyatt Place hotel. Located at the intersection Fleet Street and South Central Avenue in Baltimore, the 8 story, 130,000-square-foot hotel will include structured parking for 60 cars, and 14,200 square feet of retail space at its base. Amenities will include a 100 seat dining room, indoor pool and fitness area.
The 208-key hotel is targeting LEED certification and will feature a green roof. The project is scheduled for completion in fall of 2014. The project is part of the continued redevelopment of Baltimore’s Harbor East neighborhood.
