Project Description
This house was a Sandy rebuild in the flood zone. The original house was badly damaged and we eventually tore it down. We built a new elevated poured in place concrete house to be flood and hurricane resistant. The house was financed through the Build It Back program in NYC. This program was established to help people rebuild homes after Sandy. The house is about 1,600 square feet.
