Project Description
Tech Town is Dayton, Ohio’s premier, technology-oriented district. Tech Town is just 10 minutes from Wright Patterson Air Force Base and located within a HUBZone. Tech Town will encompass approximately 500,000 square feet of office and research space and accommodate up to 2,000 jobs upon completion.
This 54,000 square foot “smart building” incorporates highly advanced technology features such as integrated HVAC systems, secure and public wireless internet connections, and a variety of ecologically friendly “green” elements.
This building will be used as a technology-based office building with office, learning spaces, group meeting spaces and electronic research laboratory spaces.
