Project Description
“The house is for our children” phrase essential and inspiring of the client that served as the basis for the development of the project.
Based on the concerns and needs of a family consisting of a couple and their three children, the house is composed of three orthogonal modules in which a program is developed of activities.
On the ground floor public area/private; entry, parking, living-dining room, kitchen and master bedroom, while on the upper floor are the only the private area, the children’s rooms distributed per module.
The environment and its geographical situation led the architects to generate optimal ventilation spaces to ensure that the interior of the house remained fresh and bright without detracting from its architectural qualities.
Features such as privacy and security were necessary due to its location, resulting in a design that provides the feeling of protection from outside, and whose form reflects the mix of the typologies of the surrounding housing as a result of the area’s urban growth.
The more showy and striking aspect of this project, its facade, seeks to combine as if it were a “lattice” the children’s introverted and extroverted personalities, reflecting the closeness between them. This housing project has an authentic personality that is daring and bold, while recognizing the close relationship of the customers who live with their needs.
