TIR Systems Announces Agreement with Zumtobel Group

In a follow up to TIR Systems’s recent partnership agreements with Lighting Services Inc and Genlyte Group to develop a range of luminaires based on TIR Systems’s fully integtated solid-state Lexel technology, the company has announced an agreement with Austria-based lighting manufacturer Zumtobel Group, who will develop and market the Lexel-based products through its newly formed Ledon Lighting. Zumtobel has also invested $4.0 million into TIR Systems through the purchase of debentures and warrants to purchase 800,000 common shares.
