Designed by Stockholm-based design studio Form Us With Love, the Lace Metal lamp features steel mesh with gradient-sized holes, which resemble lace. The designwas inspired by a manufacturing technique observed at the metal-working factory of one of Sweden’s oldest companies—Häfla Bruks. The small holes on the fixture gradually become larger, moving from the top to the bottom as they diffuse light. The luminaire measures just over 5′ tall and the shade’s diameter measures 27.5″.
