Project Description
The original site consisted of a disused Yugoslavian submarine dry dock. With this in mind, an 80 metre level deck pool was constructed to create a signature luxury lido experience. Large scale artwork by Jaume Plensa was specially commissioned to compliment views across the Bay of Kotor. The semi translucent nature of the figure created by Plensa through the use of hundreds of individual metal pieces, welded together, works in tandem with this dramatic natural landscape.
