Project Description
City Arts is a new development of affordable housing apartments developed specifically for artists in Baltimore’s Station North Arts and Recreation District. The apartment building features 69 units located in one of the City’s most eclectic neighborhoods near the Maryland Institute College of Art.
The tight, urban site is located within an existing neighborhood.
The City Arts building is contextual to the Station North neighborhood.
City Arts was designed to comply with Enterprise Green Communities, but did not seek certification or grants. This building uses approximately 16% less energy than a similar baseline building
