Project Description
Re-brand and renovation of a total of five stores for the retailer, through full Architecture and Interior design implementation, concept to completion, and overview of construction work and handover to Client. The Client had three existing lease properties and invested in two additional properties totalling 360sq.m of retail space. The company went through a re-branding process simultaneously, and we were charged to complete the Architecture and Interior design, working closely with the retailer and branding agency to develop the architecture and interiors concept and layouts. In addition, we completed sample boards, interiors concepts, applied for planning and building control compliance, as well as listed building consent where required. We tendered for the contractors and project managed the construction processes on site.
