Today the Pritzker Architecture Prize announced the 2018 winner: Indian architect Balkrishna Doshi, Hon. FAIA. On Twitter, several architecture critics praised the choice, but also questioned whether juror Richard Rogers, Hon. FAIA, had a conflict of interest. Rogers also was criticized for recently hinting at the winner’s home country to The Architect’s Newspaper. Read some of the critical responses below.
