Pegasus Capital Advisors, a private equity fund manager, has acquired a majority interest in LED Effects, a designer and engineer of LED lighting solutions based in Rancho Cordova, California. Also, Govi V. Rao, formerly senior executive at Philips Lighting North America, has joined LED Effects as its new president and chief executive officer.
