Alan Ricks, AIA, is MASS Design Group's Co-Executive Director, formerly serving as Chief Design Officer. He collaborates on projects, recently including the Rwanda Institute of Conservation Agriculture, while overseeing practice groups including Global Operations and Design Process & Learning, focused on accompaniment, performance & provenance, and building integrity.
