The administration building incorporates an 83,200-square-foot (7729-m2) vegetated roof; 29,500-square-foot (2741-m2) standing-seam metal roof; and 70,000-square-foot (6503-m2) modified-bitumen roof system. The green roof includes a hot rubberized-asphalt waterproofing membrane, root barrier, drainage mat, moisture mat, filter fabric and 3 inches (76 mm) of insulation.
