World’s First Bentley-Branded Residential Tower Breaks Ground

In collaboration with Dezer Development, Bentley Residences Miami will offer 216 private luxury residences with four innovative car lifts and glass-ensconced sky garages.

Dezer Development, in collaboration with Bentley Motors, has broken ground in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, on Bentley Residences Miami, the world’s first and only Bentley-branded residential tower. The ultra-luxury condominium tower features four innovative car lifts and glass-ensconced sky garages that exhibit cars like art in each of the 216 private residences.

At 62 stories, the residences will exude resort-style luxury living on the beach with a food and beverage program by chef Todd English. Led by Coastal Construction, completion is expected at the end of 2027.
