Blair + Mui Dowd Architects PC, is a medium sized firm located in downtown Manhattan specializing in clinical, research and community facility architecture. Project experience includes healthcare, research, educational, and academic facilities that have complex programmatic and operational requirements.

The firm has completed multiple projects for clients such as Vanderbilt University Medical Center, The YMCA of Greater New York, The University of Rochester Medical Center, Columbia Memorial Hospital, and Northwestern University Medical Center. The firm’s projects consist of new buildings, renovations, programming & master plans, and adaptive reuse of existing facilities.
