The following is a press release from New York–based Kohn Pederson Fox Associates, announcing the opening of three new offices.

Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF) is pleased to announce the opening of new representative offices in San Francisco, Berlin, and Singapore. These outposts will help the global practice service an exciting series of current projects, new commissions, and imminent endeavors. The firm’s work in these regions fulfills the highest aspirations of KPF’s architectural mission to create buildings and places that make positive contributions to the built environment beyond their physical footprint.

“The opening of our new offices is the result of many years of practice in these locations and will bolster the reach of our New York and London operations,” says KPF President James von Klemperer, FAIA. “As a firm, we’re excited to contribute innovative ideas to cities on the west coast, in continental Europe, and across Southeast Asia and look forward to being part of their respective futures.”

About KPF San Francisco
Located on the landmark-lined California Street in the heart of downtown, KPF’s office will support the firm’s work from San Diego to Silicon Valley to Vancouver. KPF’s robust portfolio of west coast projects represents diverse typologies, including technology headquarters, academic and research buildings, residences, mixed-use complexes, transit-oriented developments, and large-scale master plans.

About KPF Berlin
KPF’s new Berlin office, located along the dynamic Potsdamer Platz, will service a vibrant market in Germany and Europe, including a recently won commission for a prominent gateway building in Düsseldorf and a number of other projects across the continent. With an appreciation of, and focus on, appropriate design for the European city, KPF is building off of previous experience and current relationships in Frankfurt, Berlin, and Düsseldorf, as well as Paris, Luxembourg, Madrid, and Milan.
