To best serve Hanley Wood University’s more than 16,000 members, the education and training provider offers courses that serve multiple professions, fulfill several association’s requirements, and cover a wide array of topics important in all areas of both the residential and commercial construction industry. Initially developed to provide continuing education to architects required to earn AIA credits, Hanley Wood University now serves AV professionals, builders, concrete contractors, interior designers, lighting designers, masonry contractors, remodelers and other industry professionals.

Partnering With Associations
Hanley Wood University is pleased to partner with national associations to provide the courses and credits required for professionals to obtain or maintain their memberships and certifications.

As an American Institute of Architects Continuing Education Services (AIA/CES) provider, Hanley Wood University delivers AIA-approved programs to help architects fulfill the required 18 hours of annual continuing education, including earning health, safety, and welfare (HSW) and sustainable design (SD) credits.

The NAHB University of Housing recognizes Hanley Wood University’s training and education programs that meet the NAHB’s requirements for construction professionals to earn professional designations.

Hanley Wood University is honored to be a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), providing architects, builders, and remodeling contractors training and education courses that are approved and recognized by the USGBC.
