Project Description
This project is located in an industrial/market district in the City
of Pittsburgh. The existing warehouse is to be converted into 11
beautiful and sustainable condominiums. The project has an inward focused motor court and central boardwalk area for the residents.
A typical unit has been designed with four bedrooms on two floors, and with each having a private courtyard and street terrace. As the project aspires for a LEED Gold Certification, sustainable design features explore solar power energy, storm-water management, and salvaged exterior siding materials. The project involves working with a repeat client who has successfully developed a number of properties in the area, including various residential projects.
