The 6,182 square foot 303 East Rivo Alto Drive home in Miami Beach is a two story open floor plan with skylight lit entry and glass refrigerated wine displays. The front entry to the residence features a floating seating area surrounded by water and water features. The interior utilizes a muted color palette with whites, off whites, beiges and wood. The custom single family residence is a product of Choeff Levy Fischman Architecture + Design.
