Project Description
Simone de Gale Architects are being commissioned to design and submit for planning a multiple residential new build development for 41+ flats in Southall, West London. On successful planning approval, we will then move forward onto detailed design and oversee the building works to completion.
This project is very interesting, as our Client has a vision to incorporate a modular building construction method, of which will be cost effective in terms of construction time on site, and buildability, and our challenge is to present a design, which is not only innovative and aesthetically beautiful, yet also ties into the surrounding residential and industrial vicinity.
The project will draw initiatives from the current Southall Masterplan developments which is taking place locally.
