Project Description
A trio of homes will occupy a currently empty lot, with easy access to a greenway running through the city. The houses will feature energy-efficient windows that fill the space with natural light and bring a sense of the outdoors inside. The design is a careful and deliberate filtration between modern and historic architecture, resulting in a clean design that seamlessly captures the playful interchange between old and new that is undeniably modern in scope and feel.
