Project Description
Nestled in the burgeoning luxury neighborhood, Sunny Isles Beach, just north of Miami, Residences by Armani/Casa is an elegant and masculine glass tower that houses 308 units across 56 stories. The building celebrates the legendary vision of interior design firm Armani/Casa, led by the famed Giorgio Armani; architecture firm Pelli Clarke Pelli, founded by the late César Pelli; Swiss landscape architecture firm Enzo Enea; as well as developers The Related Group and Dezer Development.
Equipped with the utmost luxurious finishes and aesthetic elements, model unit 5201 features soft tones and mixed materials. The residence flaunts contemporary pieces by famed Miami-based furnishings brand, Artefacto, in partnership with interior designer Maris Raffa. The unit features custom closets and wall paneling by ORNARE, a leading Brazilian luxury design company with a decades-long tradition of craftsmanship. ORNARE produced the organic-toned wall paneling to expand over one side of the residence’s social area and aesthetically enhance the texture of the space, aligning with the contemporary and masculine theme. As a specialist in high-quality, fully customizable closets, kitchens and bathrooms, ORNARE designed the master closet as a grand walk-in dressing room with neutral colored cabinetry and shelving that embodies ultra-luxury Miami living.
With views of the serene Atlantic Ocean and the vibrant City of Miami (sometimes both), the turn-key residence is priced at $4.7 million. Other residences in the tower range from $2.9 million to $17 million, each with access to amenities such as a fine-dining ocean-view restaurant and bar, a cigar room, a 24-seat movie theater and a club-inspired game room.
