Innovatus Design was able to enhance the member experience by incorporating wayfinding elements into the space and designing for Charter Fitness’ target market. Bright colors, bold music and small changes to the member engagement process has made Charter Fitness a leader in the fitness industry and lead to an increase in membership more than triple their goal.
