Project Description
Architects were faced with a problem of creation of a new city ensemble on the Neva River Embankment in a historical building zone. According to the project, the quarter consists of several building sites, including a cour d'honneur in each of them. The central core of the quarter is a school space. Construction of the new temple complex and reconstruction of the family chapel at the former Varguninykh factory are provided. It is offered to place lofts, shopping center and a kindergarten in monuments of the industrial architecture.
