Project Description
A wildly successful new destination in North Austin, the commercial redevelopment of the former IBM campus into the walkable urban center known as The Domain is a paragon of contemporary regional place making. Multiple phases continues the growth of the master plan by adding mixed-use, high end, sustainable, residential units and ground floor retail which frame a gateway to new entertainment strip of Rock Rose. The project offers urban living and shopping amenities catering to a skyrocketing population from all over Texas and the rest of the country, yet still achieves an environmentally sensible two Star Austin Green rating. Replacing existing grey field parking lots, the new developments frame the streets with a pedestrian friendly urban streetscape buffered by small yards that encourage residents to linger outside as well as private and semi-private courtyards programmed with a variety of activities, embracing the vibrant outdoor lifestyle locals Austonians enjoy. IMT @ The Domain offers studio, one, and two bedroom apartment homes totaling 755 units serving the new Domain neighborhood. Units feature elegant granite countertops, wine racks, hardwood style plank flooring, and stainless studio or black appliances. The active community has a 2,500 square foot Wellness Studio with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, free fitness classes, personal trainers, jogging trails, and a lap pool. Multiple pool courtyards feature salt water pools with tranquil and lavish waterfalls as well as pool sundecks and multiple grilling areas. Other amenities include: outdoor community media deck, outdoor fire pits, outdoor yoga lawn, access to nine-acre park and jogging trails, bicycle storage, gated access garages and lush landscaped courtyards and fountains.
