Project Description
The design of the 136-key hotel is inspired on the glistening and winding waterways of the “Venice of America.” Located between Seabreeze Boulevard and A1A, the 12-story hotel will be steps away from Fort Lauderdale’s world-famous beach and its canals. In order to allow visual connectivity with the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, a large breezeway was created at the pedestrian level that dissects the building in two. A marine theme will run throughout the interior of the hotel, immersing guests into the majesties of Florida’s Atlantic coast. As guests arrive to the fifth floor, they will continue to navigate through their water journey. The elevated pool deck, featuring an expansive living room concept, will offer unparalleled city views day and night and provide the ideal setting for total relaxation. Among its many features, the hotel will also have a fully automated parking system, a business center, a fitness studio, and a state-of-the-art meeting room.
