Project Description
Two level residence over beach front guest house and parking. The project
takes its inspiration from the eroded and carved bluffs of the Southern
California coastline. The residence is conceived of as a solid form which is
carefully eroded to form spaces for living. This process of subtraction provides a
variety of exterior balconies, terraces and courtyards for taking in the natural
elements and extraordinary views while maintaining privacy in a densely
populated community
