Project Description

Originally constructed in 1916, MIT’s Arthur D. Little Building was completely renovated and restored recently as part of a strategic campus renewal. Bruner/Cott & Associates integrated the building’s landmark historic qualities with sustainable design strategies, and connected the building to the Sloan School of Management’s new building.

This comprehensive renovation and restoration project won a preservation award from the Cambridge Historic Commission. The building is listed in the National Register of Historic Places and is a National Historic Landmark.

Forms+Surfaces custom LEVELe-101 Elevator Interiors are a highlight of the project.
